Personal.
Mr. Lewis Campbell Dyke (Chief Superintendent of Telephones in Queensland), who met with an accident recently, died in a private hospital in Brisbane last week. He was a son of the late Mr. Thomas Dyke, who spent most of his life as a Postmaster in South Australia, and who took part in the erection of the overland tele-graph line. Mr. L. C. Dyke, who served in the 1914-18 war, left a widow, two daughters, and one son. He was a cousin of Mr. W. R. Dyke, of the "M.R. Times" staff.
