Son of William and Sarah Amelia Lucinda BLACK, "Glen Devon", Dunoon, New South Wales
Word has been received that Pte. N. W. T. Black, son of Mr. W. Black, of Dunoon, has been killed in action in France, on the 23rd of July, last. Private Black was in the E.S. and A. Bank prior to his enlisting, and was for some time at Murwillumbah. A memorial service is to be held in St. Matthew's Church, Dunoon, on Sunday next at 11 a.m. Pte. Victor Black, brother of the deceased, Pte. N. W. T. Black, has been reported wounded, and is supposed to be in hospital in England. He was also an official in the E.S. and A. Bank.
