Percy Charles Alfred SCARLETT was born in Bridgetown, Western Australia in 1891

His parents were George SCARLETT & Fanny Elizabeth GOODE

He enlisted in Blackboy Hill, WA on 24th June 1915 & embarked with the 28th Infantry Battalion, 6th reinforcements on the HMAT Ulysses on 2nd Novemer, 1915

His brother Leslie Edward Stanley SCARLETT (SN 2243) also served during WW1 and died of wounds on 3rd April, 1917
