24 Apr 1915: Involvement AIF WW1, Driver, 33, 3rd Field Ambulance, ANZAC / Gallipoli, Served along side his brother George Edric Ware as drivers in the 3rd Field Ambulance in Gallipolli, Kabu Tepe, Shrapnel Valley and Death Valley. Five and a half months later, 14 December, they were evacuated in the middle of the night from the beach under the cover of the darkness of night.
