He was 31 and a son of Thomas George and Eliza Weaver, of Gum Vale, Hillston, New South Wales. His brother, Private James Edward Weaver, Service Number 202, aged 24 also fell. He also served with the 36th Bn. Australian Infantry, A.I.F.
