Address at the time of enlistment was given as C/- Daniel Joseph O'Connor of Richardson Street, Boulder, WA. Daniel is his brother and named as the next of kin
Son of Francis O'Connor and Ellen O'Connor nee O'Byrne of Ballarat, Victoria.
Commenced return to Australia on 12 April 1917 aboard HT Runic disembarking on 26 June 1917.
