Son of Horace Willoughby Schofield and Minnie E. Schofield of St Leonards, NSW

On 13 June 1919 Jack, using the surname of Schofield  married Jessie Louisa Harris in St Philamons Church, Liverpool, England

Husband of Isabella Helen Scholfield nee Quarterman of 35 Levey Street, Sydney, NSW. Jack and Isabella married under the surname spelt as Scholfield in 1909c
