Son of John Urquhart and Jenna (Jane) Anne Urquhart of Spencer Street, Bunbury, WA. John also served.
2 August 1917 - enlisted at Blackboy Hill, WA, with the 10th Light Horse Regiment with the rank of Private.
30 August 1917 - promoted to Trooper
16 January 1919 - commenced return to Australia aboard HT Berrima disembarking on 10 February 1919
Medals: British War Medal, Victory Medal
23 April 1919 - discharged at the 5th Military District as medically unfit
