Son of Timothy O'Shea and Ellen O'Shea nee Polley of Mathinna, Tasmania

Next of kin given as his brother T. O'Shea of Queenstown, Tasmania.

Brother of H O'Shea who returned to Australia on 7 March 1919 having served with the 12th Battalion

Commenced return to Australia on 14 January 1919 aboard HT City of York disembarking on 22 February  1919 at Melbourne for onward travel to Hobart.
