Horace Cecil WATTS was born on 11th September, 1891 in Penrith, New South Wales

His parents were Francis (Frank) WATTS & Charlotte BREEZE who married on 25th June, 1887 at All Saints Church, Parramatta

He was Killed in Action on 5th February, 1917 - his name is memorialised on the Australian War Memorial
