Herbert was Born 17th October 1893 "Dundathee" Maryborough and died 30th April 1915 at Quinns Post Gallipoli. He is burined at ANZAC Beach Cemetery.
His parents were George Henry and Margaret Eleanor nee Vickers.
He along two brothers and five of his step brothers were ANZACS.
Albert Edward Cooke (Queensland) , William Ernest Cooke (Queensland), Jabez Abraham (France), Leonard Abraham (Queensland), Cyril Frank Abraham (France), Eric Kingsley Abraham (Queensland) and Gilbert Harry Abraham (Queensland).
They are all listed on the Logan Village Nominal Roll.
