Add my storyBiography contributed by Faithe Jones
Son of Mr Thomas Stanton and Mrs Bertha Louisa Parry of Railway Station, Deloraine, Tas.
Athol served in the Cadets and then joined the Artillery in Launceston.
A wire has been received by Rev. C. Wong, of Deloraine, from Mr. Cyril Parry, stating that his younger brother Athol has been wounded, probably fatally. General sympathy was expressed. The Parry family are highly respected in the Deloraine municipality, and Athol Parry was a general favourite, his manly and sociable disposition winning him many friends.
