Awarded British War Medal for service in the AIF outside Australia during the period 1918-1919 (England France and Belgium) and Victory Medal for being on the posted strength of the Australian Infantry Camp Suez from 16-24 January 1918
Taken on strength of the 14th Field Ambulance 5th Division AIF France on 13th December 1918.
