Son of Mary McPherson, of Bay Rd., Keswick, Adelaide, South Australia, and the late Henry McPherson.

Trooper EDWARD (Ned) McPHERSON, who was killed in action in Palestine on November 11, was the youngest son of Mrs. M. McPherson, and brother of Mrs. W. Johnston, Kenilworth-road, Parkside. He enlisted In Broken Hill in November, 1916, and left for Egypt in February. He offered himself about two years ago, but was rejected. He was 27 years old, and left a large circle of friends. His elder brother, Harry, is in camp.
