Husband of Rose Amelia O'Brien nee Tinkler of Wittenoom Street, Boulder, WA. Timothy and Rose were married during 1912c in Boulder, WA. Later divorced.

Commenced return to Australia on 31 October 1917 aboard HT Berrima disembarking on 28 November 1917
