Private Leslie W Dunk died in a car accident at Lockleyd on 21 October 1917. He enlisted for active service on 19 July 1915, and left Australian in November with the 29th Battalion. He was wounded in France in July 1916 and invalided home in November. Leslie was discharged from the Army on 13 January 1917. At the time of his death he was working for the Tramsways Trust.
