The details provided are taken from the book "Stealth Raiders - a few daring men in 1918" written by Lucas Jordan, published 2047, refer to pages 36, 39 + 274. Prior to the war he was a student of Brisbane Qld. He enlisted 6th Dec 1915 aged 18 years. He served with the 41st Infantry Battalion, rising to the rank of Lieutenant. During his service he was awarded the Military Cross for his activities. He survived the war, departing the UK for home 28th Feb 1919.
