8 December 1917 - Found gulity. Sentenced to 10 years imprisonment later educed to 5 years

29 December 1917 Admitted to Dunkirk Prison

27 April 1918 - Sentence suspended

5 May 1918 - Rejoined Battalion from prison

23 July 1918 - Wounded in action - knee

4 January 1919 - Returned to Australia
