Son of Frederick Henry Frith and Christina (nee Broatch) Frith of Petersburgh (Peterborough), SA; brother of Blanche Lesley Firth, Christine Lilian Frith, Ernest Leslie Frith, Reginald Richmond Frith and Jean Alison Frith

On 30 August 1919 Frederick married Jemima Forrest in St John Church, Adelaide

13 June 1918 - commemnced return to Australia on board HT Malta for discharge as medcially unfit due to Neurasthenia

Played football for Petersborough

In October 1935 he was residing at 53 George Street, Botany Bay North, Sydney,  NSW and was suffering continual health issues
