Son of  Mary and the late Hugh BRINSMEAD, 104 Richardson Street, Albert Park, Victoria

To inform Mrs. M. Brinsmead, of 22 Moran-street, Bendigo, that her youngest son, Private Albert J. Brinsmead, had died from wounds received whilst fighting in France, on 30th  November, was the sad task of the Rev. Father Rooney yesterday. The deceased soldier is the second son to give his life in the Empire's cause. Private Brinsmead left Australia on  27th December, 1915, and was 21 years old. At the time of his death he was in the 57th Battalion. Prior to enlisting, he worked at the Great Extended Hustler's battery.
