Birth name registered as Reginald Stanley Osborn but served as Stanley Reginald Osborn. Residential address at the time of death was Helmsdale, SA now known as Glenelg East.

Son of Henry Robert Osborn and Auguste Louisa Leing of Hector Terrace, St Leonards Glenelg, SA.
