Sgt Charles Harold Keen, born in Ringarooma in 1886 then spent about the next 20 years in Latrobe. Was shot in the back in WW1 though still enlisted for WW2. Charles became a police officer working in Devonport and Zeehan. He later becomes a stipendiary steward for Tasmanian Racing Club.
