Biography

Sydney left the UK in 1910 with his brother Frederick. They both came to Australia to join their elder brother William and his family who where living in Toowoomba Qld at the time, before they moved to Dinmore Ipswich Qld.

Sydney also spent time later with his brother Frederick who was living in Kangaroo Point, Brisbane, and he worked there for a while before moving onto to Kilcoy Qld for work, from where he enlisted in the A.I.F
