LETTERS FROM THE FRONT.
Miss Irene Bierton, of Frank street, Newtown, has received a letter from Private H. J. Ragg, England, September 3rd, thanking her for socks, postcard and cigarettes, which he received while he was in  Egypt. Miss Bierton is between 7 and 8 years and knitted the socks herself.
