The Molong Argus – 12 Jul 1918, p4:
“On Sunday last, at All Saint’s Church, Baldry, a memorial service for the late Pte Arthur Johnston, D.C.M. (5) was held. There was a large congregation. The Rev. JA Poole officiated  and preached an appropriate sermon. The church was suitably draped with mourning, also flags, crosses, and wreaths. Mr S Hunt presided at the organ, and played the “Dead  March” at the conclusion of the service.”
