Served as Albert Vivash but full name is Albert John Vincent Vivash.

Son of Thomas James Vivash and Mary Harriet Vivash nee Pearson of College Street, Hawthorn, Victoria.

Brother of James William Vivash who returned to Australia on 19 February 1916 having served with the 13th Light Horse Regiment.

Next of kin given as his sister Louisa Vivash of College Street, Hawthorn, Victoria

Commenced return to Australia on 28 June 1919 aboard HT Madras disembarking on 31 July 1919
