Served as Frank Urquhart.

Son of Robert Urquhart and Elizabeth Taylor formerly Urquhart nee Church of 'Kenawley', Bourke Street, Wollongong, NSW formerly of Richmond, Victoria.

3 January 1916 - enlisted Liverpool, NSW with 13th Battaion and with the rank of Private

4 February 1917 - wounded in action. Wounds to the right knee and left shoulder embarking for England on 9 June 1917 aboard HS Brighton. 

12 May 1918 - commenced return to Australia aboard HT Ruahine disembarking on 5 July 1919

Medals: British War Medal, Victory Medal

4 January 1919 - discharged at the 2nd Military District as wounded

During 1923c Frankie married Katie Maud White. Katie died in NSW in 1923.

On 22 September 1926 Frank married Alice Winnifred Jane Olsen in Queensland
