25 Sep 1917:	Wounded AIF WW1, Private, 2763, 2nd Pioneer Battalion, Third Ypres, SW to right leg and arm. Evacuated to hospital (France). Rejoined unit 19 October 1917.
22 Dec 1917:	Wounded AIF WW1, Private, 2763, 2nd Pioneer Battalion, SW to upper thigh. Evacuated to 2nd CCS (situated at Trois Arbres) however died of wounds later the same day.
