Son of John and Ellen POTTICARY, Port Wakefield, South Australia

THE LATE PRIVATE POTTICARY.
Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Potticary, of Port Wakefield, have been officially notified that their third son, Private T. A. Potticary, of the 43rd Battalion, M.G. section, was killed in action in France on July 31, 1917. He enlisted in February, 1916, and sailed on June 9, 1916. After spending some months on Salisbury Plain he was transferred to France. He went into action on December 29. Prior to enlisting he was farming at St. Inkerman with his brother. He was born at Port Wakefield and was 23 years of age. He had a kind and manly disposition and was respected by all who knew him.
