The Coldridge Roll of Honour 1914 - 1918 records the name of a Private Samuel Henry Dymond of the Australian Infantry. Believed to have been a son of .Henry and Emma Dymond of Coldridge, and there is a fair match on birth registration in the area around the correct date, except the middle name does not match.
Births Dec 1890 Dymond Samuel Hayman S. Molton 5b 395.
The Coldridge Roll of Honour hangs on a wall of the Parish Church of St. Matthew. It contains the names of 43 men associated with the parish who fought in the Great War 1914 - 1918. Surmounted by an illuminated title and border, is a hand-written list of those who served, the names of those who did not come home being underlined.
