Edward Edwin JENNINGS was born at 62 Hotham Street, West Ham, England in 1893

His parents were Edward & Ada JENNINGS

He enlisted in Melbourne on 8th September, 1915 and embarked from Melbourne on the HMAT Anchises on 14th March, 1916 with the 14th Infantry Battalion, 15th reinforcements

Edward was wounded at Mouquet Farm on 27th August, 1916 and sent to the 12th Australian Field Ambulance & died at the 3rd Casualty Clearing Station on 31st August, 1916

He is buried in the Puchevillers British Cemetery
