Biography

Enlisted November 1914 and in June 1916, found himself in the same battalion (48th) as his dear cousin 4688 Pte. Jack William Padley (/explore/people/265537).

Albert was killed at the battle of Windmill Hill on 6 August and his cousin Jack, the very next day.
