Son of Alfred Pascoe and Eva Pascoe nee Lee of 105 Pleasant Street, South Ballarat, Victoria
At the time of enlistment he was employed with the Postal Depatment as a Clerk
During 1922 Victor married Margaret May Armstrong in Victoria
Commenced return to Australia on 13 February 1917 aboard HT Marathon disembarking on the 8 April 1917
