Add my storyBiography contributed by Stephen Brooks
Sydney Percival Swain enlisted in Sydney during March 1916, and was killed in action a little over 12 months later, at Lagnicourt in France. He has no known grave and gave his nearest of kin as the lady he had boarded with for over 4 years. No family members claimed his medals and they were never sent out, marked as 'untraceables' in his service file.
