"...3064 Private Horace Tasman Lockley, 40th Battalion, of Bruny Island, TAS. A labourer prior enlistment he embarked from Adelaide, SA, with the 7th Reinforcements on HMAT Seang Bee (A48) on 10 February 1917. Pte Lockley was reported missing and killed in action at the battle of Passhendaele on 5 October 1917, aged 21. He is buried at the Tyne Cot Cemetery, Belgium." - SOURCE (www.awm.gov.au)
