Justin Matthew O'SULLIVAN was born in 1900 in Woods Point in Victoria
His parents were Patrick O'SULLIVAN and Mary Deborah O'REILLY
He enlisted in South Melbourne on 7th February, 1917 & embarked from Melbourne with the 21st Infantry Battalion, 20th reinforcements on 21st November, 1917 on the ship HMAT Nestor
Justin died on 13th January, 1919 at the 20th Casualty Clearing Station in France of Lobar Pneumonia of both lungs - he is buried in Charleroi Communal Cemetery in Belgium & his name is memorialised on the Australian War Memorial (Panel no. 102)
He was awarded the British War Medal & the Victory Medal
