Cleveland Frank Snoswell was made a life member of the RSL in 1964 he was propsed by the St. Peters.  He joined the RSL St Peters branch in 1919.  On the Executive he served as seretary for 7 years, committee 8 years and the Hospital Committee 4 years.  He played in the Electric Light Cricket,  made gifts to the RSL and was Hospital visitor and home visitor of the sick. Mr Snoswell was a delegation member that visited New Zealand.  As a member of the 50 Battalion AIF Club he served as president, and for 20 years on the committee, he was also a hospital visitor for the Battalion.  For interstate visitations supplied transport.

Councillor Crippled Children Association for 4 years, predident of the Auxiliary Crippled Children Association.

His application stated that "A man of high character willing to help financially, or with a kind word.  A man who was an assett to the RSL or any other organisation he supported.
