Date of death and place of burial unknown, possibly the U.S.A.?
1st Australian Field Artillery Brigade Ammunition Column, Reg No-619.
Born at Copenhagen, Denmark on the 13th April 1892 to Adam and ? Lunn, Will enlisted on the 24th August 1914, age 22 years 4 months, at Sydney, N.S.W.
Unit embarked from Sydney, New South Wales on board Transport A8 Argyllshire on the 18th October 1914.
An Original Anzac.
Admitted to hospital 22.11.1915 (lumbago), 14.1.1916 (pleurisy), 16.1.1916 (rheumatism).
Will possibly returned home on the 3rd April 1916, being discharged medically unfit (lumbar neuralgia) on the 12th June 1916.
Received all 3 War Medals.
Not officially commemorated.
A member of the Cardiff Branch Ancient Order of Foresters (Court Cardiff No. 9294). I don't believe that a Roll of Honour was ever produced.
