Lt Frederick Richard Johnson received serious SW to his left thigh (fractured) and arm in the field near Bony on 29 September 1918.
He was evacuated to the 12th CCS (then situated at Tincourt). His left leg was amputated, however he died of his wounds there the next day 30 September 1918.
