DEATH OF MR. O'DELL
A Lengthy Civil Service Ended
The death occurred on Wednesday of Mr. W. P. O'Dell. until his recent retirement (due to Ill-health) Under-secretary for Lands. Mr- O'Dell had a long and distinguished career in the Civil Service of Western Australia and bad earned the esteem of not only his
departmental confreres, but of his Ministerial heads. He was of a reserved and retiring disposition, however and did not obtrude into public affairs. He leaves a widow and two step-children to mourn their loss.
