The details provided are taken from the book "Stealth Raiders - a few daring men in 1918" written by Lucas Jordan, published 2017, refer to pages 76, 103 + 269. Prior to the war he was an electric tram driver of Waverley NSW. He enlisted 5th June 1915 aged 27 years. He earned a Military Medal for his activities during the war. He survived the war, departing the UK for home 9th Feb 1919.
