Son of Ross and Mary McDONALD
Pte. Arthur J. ('Bob.') McDonald, son of Mrs McDonald, Picnic Point, died of wounds in France. He enlisted in Queensland and left Australia in the early part of 1916. He served in Egypt, subsequently going to France. Before leaving for Queensland he worked at Shannon Bros. and Mr W. R. Wilson's'.
He was 23 years of age. He has a brother, Pte. George McDonald, in
France.
