Major John Robertson Nimmo.
Lt. Colonel Nimmo died on 18 November 1961 aged 66 years and is buried in the ex-service's portion of Woden Cemetery. He was the medical officer at the Royal Military College, Duntroon from 1939 to 1960 and Nimmo House at the college is named after him.
