"...2nd Lieutenant Arthur Roland Burton, 27th Battalion, of Adelaide, SA. A dentist prior to enlistment, 2nd Lt Burton embarked with the 9th Reinforcements from Adelaide aboard HMAT Miltiades (A28) on 7 February 1916. He was promoted to the rank of Captain and was discharged on 28 February 1920. Captain Burton was one of five brothers who enlisted in the First World War..."SOURCE (www.awm.gov.au)
