Corporal Archie Glover was awarded his Military Medal by General Birdwood (UK) in Adelaide on 6 March 1920.

At Wallaroo on January 3 1919, a public welcome was given to Sergeant A Glover and Private Chilman (10th Battalion), T allen (27th Battalion), J Owens, 50th battalion, and RJ McLean (43rd Battalion. Other returned soldiers were unable to attend. The Mayor, the ex-Mayor and Mr J Dargon - on behalf of the Reurned Soldiers' Association welcomer the guest. After the welcome in the Institute, the soldiers and their relatives and friends were entertained by the Cheer-up lady members in the Parish Hall.
