Son of Daniel and Jane HURTIG of 157 Bell Street, Coburg, Vic.

Employed in the Commercial Bank.

Engaged at Ypres and the Somme.  Wounded 5th November 1916.  Returned to England and with his health being poor, he was then attached to the Finance Section, Administrative Head Quarters London, with which he remained till his return.
