The details provided are taken from the book "Stealth Raiders - a few daring men in 1918" written by Lucas Jordan, published 2017, refer to pages 90+91 and 264. Prior to the war he was a farmer of MacLeay River NSW. He enlisted 10th March 1917 aged 31 years. He served with the 20th Infantry Battalion. He survived the war, departed the UK for home 27th Sept 1918.
