12 Jun 1917: Embarked Australian Army Nursing Service (WW1), Staff Nurse, AANS, Australian Army Nursing Service (WW1), Embarked on RMS Mooltan from Melbourne on 12th June 1917, disembarking Suez on 19th July 1917.
26 Jul 1917: Embarked Australian Army Nursing Service (WW1), Staff Nurse, AANS, Royal Australian Air Force Nursing Service, Embarked on HMT Gorgon from Port Said on 26th July 1917, disembarking Salonika, Greece on 30th July 1917.
30 Jul 1917: Transferred Australian Army Nursing Service (WW1), Staff Nurse, Australian Army Nursing Service (WW1),
  • 30th July 1917 - posted to 66th British General Hospital, Hortiach, Greece
  • 11th November 1917 - posted to 42nd British General Hospital, Kalamaria
  • 9th July 1918 - admitted to Sisters Convalescent Hospital with Debility
  • 29th July 1918 transferred to 61st British General Hospital
  • 12th August 1918 - Medical Board deemed Staff Nurse Malcolm unfit for General Service and recommended to be invalided to Australia

    Embarked on Gorgon from Salonika, Greece en route to Australia on 22nd August 1918, disembarking Alexandria, Egypt on 28th August 1918. Embarked on HMAT 'A18' Wiltshire from Suez, Egypt on 30th August 1918, disembarking Sydney on 3rd October 1918 and on to Melbourne.

    Nurse Malcom was not available for duty with troops during the voyage and was admitted to No. 11 Australian General Hospital in Caufield and was deemed fit for duty on 4th January 1919.

    Daughter of Henry Charles and Mary Jane (nee BLYTH) MALCOLM  Henry Charles was born in Dundee, Scotland on 22nd December 1853 and died on 27November 1925 at Sandringham, Victoria.  Mary Jane was born in Brunswick, Victoria on 18th October 1858 and died on 13th June 1931at Camberwell, Victoria.  Henry and Mary were married in 1880 in Victoria.

    Married Captain Ralph Bodkin KELLEY (Australian Army Veterinary Corps) on 5th March 1927 Ralph Bodkin was born in Preston, Victoria on 15th December 1890 and died on 13th February 1970 at Nambour, Queensland
