"...1192 Private Carl Frederick Worthy, 6th Reinforcements, 13th Light Horse Regiment, of Tooan via Horsham, Vic. Pte Worthy enlisted on 22 July 1915 and embarked from Melbourne aboard HMAT Hawkes Bay on 26 October 1915.
