Other Service
After initially serving with the 14th Battalion (and 4th Light Trench Mortar) at the Battle of Amiens in early August 1918, Robert Isaacs transferred to the 23rd Machine Gun Company, 3rd Machine Gun Battalion, where he served with his brother, CQMS David Joseph Isaacs MSM, at the Battle of Mont St Quentin (and Peronne) in late August/September 1918. In January 1919, Robert transferred to the 5th AMT as a Driver.
